About this video series

In this 9 part series I look at some of the underlying reasons that site builders are diverted away from the mindsets of their clients, thereby potentially causing communication challenges between client and vendor. I also introduce an ‘Outside-In’ UX Strategy I call the Inductive Pull Model which aims to bring harmony to the two roles of website owner and builder.

I always like to stress taking an Outside-In UX strategy because it opens the door to a much more intuitive UX for website builders. I believe it can make them not only more productive but, equally imprtantly, more in tune with their clients needs and objectives.
